Barbie Party Theme

I won't lie and say that Barbie has lost her appeal now that I'm too old to play with her. I might not play with Barbie - but it really does not stop me from having a small collection!

...but if you are planning a Barbie Party Theme for your little girl - then take note of these tips.

Barbie invitations
Barbie plates, cups and serviettes
Hang Barbie pictures on the walls
Accessorise with Barbie dolls and furniture/house/vehicles/balls
Use pink table cloths
Make a pink balloon archway through which the guest enter the party area - this will make a great photo spot!

Games and activities for a Barbie Party:

Make beaded or candy jewellery
Decorate a tiara using feathers, beads, glitter glue, pipe cleaners, buttons and stickers
Dress up Barbie Fashion Show - with dolls
Barbie Makeover. Paint the girls' nails and do their hair
Face painting or even Barbie Tattoos
Pea Under The Pillow Game. Take a small marble and place it under one of three pillow. The girls must then try and guess where the marble is by sitting on it or laying their head on it.
Play Musical chairs to the Nut Cracker Music or any of the Barbie movies' theme music
